Cleaning Operations (overnight)
West Acres mall is seeking an applicant to join our Cleaning Operations team during overnight hours. Receive competitive pay & a generous benefits package while working in a beautiful environment! This non-exempt hourly position starts at $17.00/hour. Full or part time hours are available with start time between 8:00-10:00 pm (applicant's choice). Work nights are Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Start time on Sunday can be between 6:00-8:00 pm. If applicant is wanting 40 hours/week, the other night is flexible to what the right applicant prefers.
Core Functions
· Demonstrate a culture of customer service by interacting with customers, staff, mall tenants, and vendors in a friendly, engaging, respectful, and helpful manner
· Perform custodial duties, including but not limited to cleaning restrooms, floors, furniture, windows, varied surfaces, and decorative art
· Occasionally carry Operations phone during work shift to answer incoming calls
Qualifications and Requirements
· Friendly demeanor
· Basic knowledge of or ability to be trained on cleaning techniques
· Excellent listening and verbal skills
· Ability to work independently and make decisions consistent with company values
· Physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds, carry and push up to 50 pounds, and walk for 100% of work shift
